Day 98

Alright it's a new month.....
As you know we already live on a budget but for the month of June my challenge for myself and my family is to only spend $100 on groceries and health and beauty. Can it be done?? My usual budget for the month is $400.
It's time to get creative and put the extra $300 in savings.
Since my hubby is back to work after being laid off we are going to be gazelle intense to build back up our 6 months of living expenses savings account.
I will keep you posted on how we spend the $100.00
Anyone up for the $100 challenge????
Come on.... you can do it :)

and if you like tea click here for a free sample of Yogi Tea....thanks Bryan

Day 9 Free Samples and "The Great Credit Card Debate"

Did you know that Wal-Mart offers free samples? Check them out here.
and now for the "great debate"......
I can't count the number of "we pay our credit cards off every month or we get a percent back or earn points" discussions I have had. Read this link and cut up those credit cards. You will spend 12-18% less when you pay with cash! That equals money in your pocket!

My husband I are facilitating Dave Ramsey's Finacial Peace Class and it is so awesome to watch members of the class cut up their plastic! You guys rock!!!!!
